For shipments outside Italy, terms of delivery are those fixed by the most important national and international carriers like Bartolini, Fedex, UPS, and will be communicated by e-mail after the confirmation of the order. Lacked delivery
We are not liable for lacked deliveries due to fault imputable to the carrier. However, in case of advance payment of the order and lacked delivery, you will be refunded for the whole sum payed within 30 days from the payment.
Damaged packing
If the package appears to be damaged and you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time we suggest to sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED"-"MERCE ACCETTATA CON RISERVA".
